As Internal Operations Manager, he is primarily responsible for overseeing office coordination and communication across all proposed and active projects—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

With 21 years in the industry, Angela brings unmatched organization, foresight, and execution to Kingswood’s pre-construction process. As our Build Coordinator, she plays a pivotal role in getting every project off the ground the right way—on time, on spec, and fully aligned with the vision.
Angela excels at managing material orders, coordinating sample deliveries, and locking in the fine details that define high-end work. Her experience ensures that nothing slips through the cracks before construction begins—setting our teams up for a clean handoff and a smooth build.
She is the silent engine behind the scenes—making sure selections are dialed in, materials are sourced, and every box is checked before we break ground. With Angela in the mix, our clients can trust that everything is prepared, organized, and ready to execute at the highest level.

With over 21 years of experience in financial operations, Kristi brings structure, clarity, and discipline to the back end of Kingswood. As Controller, she oversees everything from job costing and budgeting to vendor management and cash flow—ensuring every dollar is accounted for and every project stays on track.
Kristi’s deep industry knowledge and sharp attention to detail make her an essential part of the Kingswood engine. She keeps the books tight, the processes clean, and the operation financially sharp.
Outside of work, Kristi enjoys traveling, spending time with her kids and family, and catching live shows from her favorite bands whenever she can.
